Ceramic Stools

Ceramic stools, anyone else have trouble finding these under a $100? I have seen some recently on Ebay starting at $50 which for me is the cheapest I have seen them but they are located in Melbourne.

Anyone know of any in the Brisbane or even Gold Coast area selling for a decent price? I have looked on and off but not too seriously. I have even thought what a great idea to import them as they cost literally nothing but where would I store a thousand or so stools? Haha. Really I need to be saved before I become desperate and spend a stupid amount of money on one.

We are heading back to Brisbane this weekend to pick up an ebay purchase and would love to bring one of these back.

Here are some pics for anyone unsure of what I am talking about.

  1. I had once seen these in the Reject Shop and never paid any attention. Now that you post pics, they look so cute. hehe.. I love ceramic stuff too. I've been dying to buy a ceramic French chef figurine for the kitchen. The closes I could get was: http://thingzgifts.com.au/product-type/kitchen/chef-figurine-with-menu-board2
But a menu board is not of much use to me. I'd have liked something like a caddy instead. I will look around for a little more while and then buy this one maybe.

    1. Hi Amy, I too heard about them at some point being at the reject shop so I will keep my eyes open for them in the future. Yes ceramic is beautiful, I need a ceramic lamp in a lovely shade of blue but I need it at a reasonable price though (cheap) lol.

    1. Sarah they are just too expensive you're right. The cheapest I can find online in Australia is at Matt Blatt at around $160. I just noticed last night through the window that a local homeware store here has some in the most beautiful shade of teal but I know they will be super pricey as it is one of those small boutique stores that whilst lovely are pricey. Aaargh if only I lived in a large city with more choice.

  3. Hey Tash.. I saw a similar one on the Domayne website.. They're very expensive but might be worth checking if they're on sale.. I doubt it though.. :(..

  4. Just thought I would update this to let anyone who is interested that overstock have these in their latest catalogue for the bargain price of $40, now I just need to find a store that has some!

  5. So annoying because now I can't find any under $120
And all the ones on eBay are interstate and pick up only (I'm in Melb)

Aldi and the Reject Shop no longer have them 👎
